Emiel Voest is a well known trainer in Holland. He calls his method Freestyle and Arnd has done a series of images on this subject.

With the Freestyle method humans and horses get in touch in a special way. The horse is encouraged to trust humans and behavioral problems can more easily be solved in this way. Riding without saddle and bridle is one of the great things that can be accomplished.
