The Raid Kaliber is an endurance race held in the beautiful and romantic Andalusia in southern Spain.
The riders and horses have to do 520 Km in 9 days. The ride is very long and very strenuous. It is the longest endurance ride recognized by the FEI and the only one where a rider may use 2 horses. Few riders and horses are trained for this, as the longest competitions held in Europe are typically only 160 km. The race will be held from April 10 to April 18. Our friend and colleague Paula Da Silva will be present again this year. Have a look at her images from previous years here. More information on Raid Kaliber |
