Adelinde Cornelissen can ride a horse: we know that. But did you know that she does boxing too? And ballet, or balancing, or training how to fall?
Adelinde prepares herself for the Olympic Games in London by training with Dutch coach Tjalling van de Berg in Heerenveen, Netherlands. Tjalling is a great coaching expert in mental and physical training in various sports. Variety is one the magic words in his training exercises. Adelinde and Tjalling have met while working on the totally renewed book "Training of rider and horse" by Lammert and Jet Haanstra, who have been successful before with books on training and lungeing. Lammert uses both Tjalling and Adelinde as examples in this interesting book. The renewed version of "Training of rider and horse" by Lammert and Jet Haanstra is available starting this june 15th. It is the perfect guide book for everyone who wants to get the best out of him or herself and out of his or her horse. The images are done by Arnd Bronkhorst.
