British dressage rider Laura Bechtolsheimer has retired her Grand Prix horse Douglas Dorsey. The 17 year old gelding has been doing Grand Prix level for seven years and is still fit and sound. However, in the arena he is not as motivated as he used to be, so that Becholsheimer decided to grant him his well-deserved retirement.
